PAYMENT DETAILS

Acme travels is covered with a USD Two hundred Thousand Liability insurance cover as such all payment are well secured. (Alliance Insurance)

    • First payment – Please send us an advance payment of your package price USD 100 – USD 500 (Will depend on the number of participants in the tour & any given particular tour this will be advised by the company accordingly) by credit card online via our secured server. To pay online with our secured server we will have to provide you a password. To create this password, please send us the following details. (Only the person making the payment by credit.)
      • Full address & a contact telephone number.
      • Full Name as mentioned in your passport
      • Passport Number
      • Nationality
    • (To use your credit card for the payments you have to be a member of the traveling party – No third party credit card payments will be accepted)
    • This security feature is introduced for your own safety with a password.

    • Second payment
      (If your arrival is inside 40 days 70% of payment will have to be made immediately)
      Please send us the 2nd payment 40 Days prior to arrival minimum of 70% of your package price online via our secured server by Credit card visa or master. If you wish to make the payment  to our bank account by telegraphic transfer, the  account details will be  provided with an official invoice.
  • Third payment – The balance payment to be settled 14 days prior to arrival via online secured server using the same password. The 3rd invoice will be uploaded 20 days prior to the arrival date.
