Day 1: Airport / Negombo / Sigiriya
Meeting with Assistance at the airport upon arrival by our Representative, later your tour chauffeur will pick you up at the Exit Gate of the arrival terminal to commence the Tour.
You will leave to Cultural Triangle Region, en-route visit Negombo.
Negombo is traditionally a Fishing Village with catamarans by the beach at the backdrop to the Negombo scenery; which later developed as a fishing marketing center.
Later arrive in the Cultural Triangle Region, late afternoon visit Sigiriya town is famous for its historical Sigiriya Rock Fortress which is over 1000 years old and has landscaped gardens, water fountains, a sanctuary and frescoes of the heavenly maidens of Sigiriya.
Overnight stay in the Cultural Triangle Region.
Day 2 Sigiriya / Polonnaruwa / Minneriya / Sigiriya
After breakfast at hotel, an excursion to Polonnaruwa where you will see many well-preserved ruins of palaces and monasteries. You will witness many brick structures and monuments, stone monuments, Temples, Lakes, and Pagodas improved by ancient Kings.
PM, a safari tour by jeep in the Minneriya National Park – a hot spot for safari lovers due to its abundance of Elephants and an ideal eco-tourism location in Sri Lanka. The central feature of the park is the ancient Minneriya Tank.
Return to the hotel for the overnight stay in the Cultural Triangle Region.
Day 3 Sigiriya / Dambulla / Nalanda Gedige / Matale / Kandy
After breakfast leave for Kandy. En-route visit Dambulla. Later visit the ancient Dambulla cave complex also known as the Royal Golden Rock Cave Temple. The area is also known for bird watching.
You will next visit Nalanda Gedige the Abu Simbel of Sri Lanka. Nalanda Gedige is a remarkable archaeological site in Sri Lanka which features Buddhist – Hindu hybrid Architecture. On the way to Kandy, visit a spice garden and a batik factory in Matale.
PM, arrive at the hotel in Kandy, the last Kingdom of ancient Sri Lanka and the Royal Capital under the King’s Rule until the British Invasion in 1815. Then visit the most sacred Buddhist establishment in Sri Lanka – the Temple of Tooth at the evening ceremony.
Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 4 Kandy / Peradeniya / Pinnawala / Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya, well known for having the largest collection of orchids in Asia and other large variety of plants.
Later, leave for Pinnawala about one-hour drive from Kandy to visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, one of the most popular attractions in Sri Lanka. It fosters the biggest herd of captive elephants in the world. Witness the elephants bathing in the nearby river in the morning and in the afternoon.
Later leave for Nuwara Eliya – the centre of the hill country. Enjoy a plenty of eye-catching and heart-touching places and spend the evening walking in the cool climate.
Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.
Day 5 Nuwara Eliya / Kitulgala / Colombo
After breakfast leave for Colombo through misty mountain routes. You can view waterfalls as well as landscapes with tea plantations and other vegetation via Kitulgala.
You have an option of going white water rafting in the river (minimum 2 persons are required & make direct payment cost around USD 15 per person).

Day 6 Colombo / Airport
After breakfast at hotel, visit Colombo City
Colombo is the commercial and financial centre of Sri Lanka. This is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life and colonial buildings and ruins.
